What should I do with my girlfriend?

I've been with my girl for almost a year now and I'm really in love with her, she means everything to me but I just feel like everything has been too much lately
She has a lot of mental issues and I try my best to help but that's like 6-8 hours a day for the past few months...
I have my own issues too you know I just don't know what to do right now

Is your girlfriend seeing a therapist?
Is it NOT your responsibility to solve your girlfriend's mental health issues. First: You can't. You're not a licensed therapist/counselor/psychiatrist/social worker.
Stop trying to rescue her. You need to save yourself.
This sounds like too much to deal with. If she won't get help and take medication for her problems, you need to stop seeing her and move on.
This is harsh reality, but it's better to take care of yourself. You cann'ot take care of another adult with 6 to 8 hours of problems per day. It sounds like she should be hospitalized.
I'd call her parents and talk to them to find out if this has happened before. I bet it has. And if it wasn't solved before, what do you think the odds are that it will be solved now?

What do you mean "trying" to see a therapist? Either you're seeing one, or you aren't. If she has a regular doctor and there's some reason the therapist she's trying to see is too busy, she can get recommended to see another one.
Why don't YOU see a therapist to deal with this overwhelmed feeling and pull back from all your "helping." It's not helping YOU. Be kind and thoughtful, but not at her beck and call.
Say you can't come over and mean it. If she says why, tell her it's too difficult for you to continue doing what you've been doing. And YOU DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE.
If this is a dealbreaker for her, then let it be and bow out.
You cannot destroy your emotional self trying to help someone else. If SHE doesn't recognize boundaries, and it's clear she doesn't, YOU DO.
Put your foot down, tell her you love her, but also tell her what you will and won't do.
You cannot be her therapist, you cannot run over to her house to be with her while she's in this crisis. It's put YOU in crisis.

Your 19 tell her to get help professionally and tell her you need a break. Either she’ll get help or lose you. Focus on yourself. If she wants to save this relationship she will get help. You are young! If you love her give her tough love, but she has to be willing to help herself.
