Sometimes when I am in a relationship I tend to gradually rely on what my partner compliments me on to determine my worth. It’s really hard to explain. Even in a really, really healthy relationship (romantic) I tend to lose my self worth. How do I change for the better?

01Let's say I tell you having 14 arms is weird, so you should cut off 12 of your arms. You'd probably look at me like I'm the weird person, as you don't have 14 arms. If we don't already believe something, we can't accept it from others. Expecting others to make you whole will only leave you feeling empty. Become the person you can look up to and respect. Never be a chameleon to fit into the lives of others.
