How would you tell your partner to get in shape?

If you are too polite they would ignore and would not understand seriousness of matter. If you are too assertive you would be hurting their feeling how the f*** one would encourage someone about what matters most to their partner before decide to give up and look for new one.

Have you ever tried suggesting taking walks together or working out together? When I knew I was going to have back surgery and wanted to take the weight I gained, just working out and losing weight motivated my husband to want to do the same. We started going on family walks with the kids and he would bike ride with the kids
