Does just being a nice, decent, average-looking man assure you a realistic chance to get a good, caring female partner?

Specifically, if a man is lacking in many highly valued qualities (height/tallness, wealth, a gym body, etc.), but he ONLY has the qualities of being a nice, decent person, and arguably cute (5.5 or 6 out of 10, in the face) and hygienic and well-kept, does that alone assure him a chance to come across plenty of good, decent, caring women out there?

Inspired by this post. I'm calling her bluff.
Yes; a good personality is all it takes to get a good girl.
