How often do you come across someone who shares the same sense of humor as you?

I'm 100% on the positive side of the first chart. I don't put people down and I hate practical jokes.

I love every kind of humor on the pyramid.
I hate political correctness. It has ruined comedy.
I have no problem with swearing. In fact people who are shocked by swear words and sex jokes are no fun. They have sticks up their asses.
I love wit. I also love humor that requires cultural knowledge to understand the joke. I actually get most jokes.
Risque is great.
Irony, anecdote, parody, satire, situational, and slapstick can be funny.
Sometimes dry, cynical, dark, caricature, and self deprecating can work.
I can't think of examples of eccentric or highbrow.

I basically enjoy most humor as long as it's witty.

My own humor can be dead pan at times. I also use a lot of situational comedy - funny stories or references to TV, movies, music, literature, historical or topical subjects.

I can be entertaining. I have friends who get my humor. Every once in a while, a joke falls flat. But oh well.

I actually know a good bit of people who can truly joke around with me. But I’m also a chameleon and I can match almost anyone with their humor type. But my own humor personally I’m surprised I know people who can take it.

My humour is blatant and intentional or unintentional stupidity - I’ve impressed guys way more attractive than me with it. A PhD student too.

George Carlin was one of the greatest comedians of all time, as well as a modern philosopher, and he fit everything in that "negative humor" box I can tell some feminist Joke Nazi who'd want to cancel Dave Chappelle wrote.

"Positive" humor isn't funny, but usually comes from the type of people (women) who'd call you an ista-phobe if you don't "laugh" at their inoffensive mom jokes and child-like puns, anyway. Not to say I am telling people what humor they should or should not employ, but man was that "negative humor" box very preachy and judgmental. I had to respond in defense of "offense."

But yeah, I'd say my sense of humor is George Carlin-esque, and I'm probably a lot like South Park and Slim Shady/Eminem, as well: Fed up with the state of the Clown World we live in, but can joke about it from time to time (although it's harder to read that with words here on GAG; in real life, my "pessimism" comes off more like snark and sarcasm, so not as negative as it is just reading it without voice and tone added).

I almost never come across someone who shares the same sense of humor as me. The closest ones on this site would be Lliam and Truthteller.

I have a very weird since humor to me I love to laugh I love to smile I love that feeling and I love to share that feeling with other people it's hard to find somebody with the same sense of humor that I have but at the same time I think it's easy because it's funny and if you can't laugh or laugh at yourself then you're never going to have anybody but that probably one of the first or second things that attracts me to a woman is it they can laugh if they're happy you have a very good sense of humor and I think one of the best parts about it is because you're being honest at the same time

Well my personal humor is more on the dark side and also childish, ironic and also sometimes dry and dirty, I can't remember meeting someone who had the exact Humor like me but most people have like parts of it too and so it's okay

But like look I'm a libra and I love when other people laugh, so my humor can be situational.
If i realize someones humor, I will try to go along or like I can make jokes, that I don't find funny at all but the other person does and yeah

I tend to be a guy closing his eyes and throwing darts at that humour wheel.

if you put them all together you get my humour,

it’s harder on here as not many get sarcasm and drive on the wrong side of the road.

Cannot say about humour, but while playing Call Of Duty Mobile, I met someone who truly thought exactly like me.

It was like watching myself. And when killed that player, the preference of weapons was also same. Damm that was a really good coincidence.

I definitely love uplifting people & though i possess a decent vocabulary i tend to lean more twords the offensive vulgar side... Old habit. But no i tend to find the strangest stuff funny & its only funny to anyone else because they think its funny that i think its funny

I think it's rare to find a girl who is not shy to express herself like this.
If i make a joke and she doesn't get it, or responds back well with a similar joke, then i know our relationship won't work.

When our dirty sense of humor matches, i find that generally our sense of humor will match too and we'll get along well.

Pretty much surrounded by people who have similar sense of humor as me. The only things I don't really find funny are "jokes" that are at the expense of other people. Oppressive jokes are fine as long as the person is punching up not down. (Make jokes about people above you not below you)

My sense of humor is positive and clean. It’s been described as a dry type, and seems to be in that “sweet spot” between word play and situational. I especially enjoy quoting funny movies in the right circumstances.

My humor is so dark, sardonic and dry that most people simply don't get it at all. So it is rare.
