I wish I could do that. All I can do is have precognitions they once in a while. Without any control or memory of it until the day it happens. 😢

Are you gonna keep trying? I almost did it one time but then I got too freaked out and woke myself up lol

meh. i don't see much benefit in it to be honest, as it's just a form of lucid dream, not a "real" out of body experience. i'm ok with just having lucid dreams. i find astral projection a bit gimmicky.

i see the difference between them like the difference between augmented reality and virtual reality.

one thing is completely simulated and fictional and the other keeps aspects of the real world and mixes it with fictional elements.
