Do you believe in luck?

I do not but my interpretation of "luck" is indistinguishable from believing in it as a supernatural force. Basically I see it as probability. Anyone has the same chance when flipping a coin but that does not mean that the results will be the same. There are people who are going to live their lives with "supernatural luck", probability demands it. Where most people will be just as lucky as they are unlucky there will be many people that will either experience more or less luck throughout their lives.

However this is not a resource they can use or depend on, only something you can observe by looking backwards at the results. A good example would be how I can force someone to win 10 or however many coinflips I want in a row by simply employing the winners of the previous round against each other. Since one of them have to win and the other lose you can just keep going until you have people who have won coin flips 100's of times in a row. This is not about luck, they were simply there but if you look at it from their point of view then it seams almost magical how they win again and again against all the odds when in reality there simply had to be a winner and they happened to be it.

You know a business you'll do well in that business hence how I know precious metals and have bought gold and silver for pennies a gram before

I believe in luck yeah. But I don't let it be my reason for success or excuse for failures. Luck is just a small part, hard work is what truly counts.

It is just part of averages and probability. As someone else here said, it's just a word for beneficial coincidence. So yes I believe in it. It's a thing.

No I don't believe in luck. Luck does not exist to me.
I do happen to use the term, but I don't believe in luck.
God controls everything,... luck doesn't.
