Especially in America. I just would nod my head with my exes but in reality I think it’s just boring and weird. Middle age women are even more into meditation, yoga, strange zen shit.

a lot of people are into spirituality. Not just america. As for why, it's about balance, mentally, physically, etc. Yoga is also a GREAT excerise for women and men.

You learn to find peace, control and deal with life's burdens and stresses, etc. Its basically like therapy.
