None. Everything religion offers is placebo.

It doesn't help the individual deal with mortality, it gives them an excuse not to have to. Often to the detriment of the person. So much left unsaid when you think you're going to meet the same people again after you both die.

It doesn't offer any sort of moral system - It has moral pronouncements, but no system that would allow the believer to analyse some new moral issue that their book couldn't have known about. I'd also add that believers just pick and choose what parts of their holy texts they follow anyway, so their holy texts morality is just ignored in favour of the individuals own opinions.
This is why we rarely see theists at odds with their own holy texts writings. Even in cases where it clearly justifies slavery.

Religion sometimes offers a social group, but this can hardly be spun to religions favour when secular groups achieve the exact same thing.

I can't think of any other typical things theists like to put forth as good parts of their beliefs off the top of my head. But every example I've been presented with was either placebo, untrue or not unique to religion.

And are you following those rules only because your bible said so? If you learned tomorrow that your religion was false, would you then consider it acceptable to murder and steal?
If not, then we know that your book is not the source of those rules, they just happen to coincide with your own secular morality.

If a divine sign appears tomorrow and shows me that everything I have been taught by my religion is wrong and I did not belong to the right faith, yes. Because I do not belong to any deity in that situation because I was a pagan, I served a God who was not true.
My beliefs as a human being are sinful, religion has played an important role in my development as a human being. I do not follow all the rules and I admit that I am a sinner, but I still believe in God and in the forgiveness of my sins if I deserve it.
      Religion teaches nothing evil.

Religion helps to keep the peace, to charitable actions, to help the believers to be better with each other. I've never heard anything bad said in a church. Religion urges us to help, to forgive, to care for others. An old saying from my country says "do what the pope says, not what the pope does". Because priests urge the world to do good deeds. Everyone brings to mind the Middle Ages, when the Catholic Church committed those atrocities. While other religions have done their job. It was not the church that was evil, people who used the name of God and the churches for wars brought religion under this position. What is wrong with religion?

Religion is not made for stupid people. Religion tells you not to be lazy, to help and care for others, to respect your parents and families and your husband.
If "the woman must obey the man's command" it does not literally mean that you are slaves. You choose who you married and it is ethical and respectful to choose someone you love and admire, so that they will willingly listen to each other. "I gave you a woman so that you can love her" this never referred to carnal lust but to the love of helping and appreciating her, the man is always urged to help a girl to be polite.
Everything is interpretive in religious books.

Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor.

Can we agree that you as women are more emotional and sensitive? If so, this interpretation is the word of the Lord for the creation of woman, men are the brave and reckless who learn through their own mistakes. You must learn from our mistakes without doing anything thoughtless. We can see again that we boys have fought most wars, riots and we are also much more dangerous. We are the ones who have the hardest physical and mental experiences over time (depending on how you come up with this sentence).
You have been created more physically sensitive so we cannot be equal as long as one can kill another with bare hands, says one girl.
God created man to have certain duties and the woman others. Living in harmony in this way.

Otherwise I could do everything because I had eternal life, we ate and drank only for taste, everything was good. But the only rule that was, we broke. So we are punished "sent to the corner." We are like spoiled children when we criminalize God for our deeds. Parents punish their children for educating them even if those children do not like them, as do we.

70% of American men ages 20-34 aren't married because marriage, cohabitation and childbirth are at all time lows and women lose 90% of their eggs by age thirty and file 75% of divorces. This is an organic rebellion.
