I met this cute girl through a friend freshman year of college. I liked her from the start, but I've always been a shy guy and never asked a girl out before. I never exchanged numbers with her or anything but I added her on Facebook (she took a while to accept though). So after a while we started working out together, me, my crush, my friend (which is a guy). One day, my guy friend told me that my crush likes me and said he'd tell me more in detail about it later but never did. I don't know if he srs or joking. So I asked her to go to an event together, but she told me she had to finish an essay that day. After the semester, we stopped communicating and working out. Fast forward 1 year later, sophomore year of college. I asked my crush and my friend to start working out again and they agreed. The first few times she didn't come. One time she had to do a group project and the other time she had a meeting. She canceled last minute on both occassions. But finally she came the 3rd time we scheduled and we worked out and grabbed dinner as a group. Few days later, we scheduled to workout again. I was waiting for her at a bench, but when she came she didn't sit down and only put down her bag. We waited for our friend for a bit but decided to go ahead to the gym first. She seemed pretty awkward and shy around me. She isn't like this around my friend or any of her other guy friends. She would always answer my questions with short responses and didn't really initiate much conversation. At first she said she had to go to the restroom so I started doing some exercises and after a bit I went to look 4 her. I saw that she just was on the treadmill so I joined her. She had headphones in and would continuously put them in and out to talk with me until finally she took them off. After our workout she told me she had a meeting to go to. Also whenever I message her on fb, she would answer with short responses. Whenever I see her in person we say hi but never rlly have a convo.
