So I was watching the History channel about December 21, 2012. I want to know what others think.

Mayan Calendar-5th cycle ends. All previous cycles have ended when predicted where something happened that changed the world as they knew it.

Merlin-medieval predictions (Merlin as title not king Arthur's Merlin)

Popes- A man predicted all the popes and certain things about the. Apparently the pope we have now was his last predicted pope and the church is supposed to fall.

Nostradamus- I forget what he said but everyone knows him

Chinese oracle of I Ching- predicted stuff ^^

Science- I guess on the winter solstice the sun will align and we are to pass the "galactic equator". There will be a polar shift.(don't ask.Very confusing) that will be very bad.

Now I am trying to go by memory here so I may have missed some or miss described them. But basically that is it. I was wondering what people thought. Do you think it is true? Do you believe the world will end ? If so, will it end like bam bam no more earth so no more life? Or simply an end to life as we know it? Something so drastic that it changes the way we live now. Or is it all crap? Please explain your answer ^^
