Search Results: seeing my crush at school

Earlier this year, my high school crush became single, and I found out by seeing her on tinder and ok Cupid. I asked her out, and she initially declined because we had been friends for 5 years. But she said she was willing to try it out, and all I asked was for a fair shot.
When she messaged me to confirm the date, I was a complete retard and said that I still liked her, because she knew I liked her in highschool, and I had hoped things went well.
She was very touch and go before the date, and the date was very short. She kept saying she was busy to go out again, and after a few weeks, I took her up on her suggestion to go see a movie, and she said she wasn't interested in dating.
I was very annoyed with how she handled things (she was rude about it), and how I handled things, so I didn't say anything when she said she wanted to stay in contact, and I blocked her on social media.
About two months later, she texted me with a new phone number and said to actually save this one. What I found odd was it was obvious I blocked her, and she didn't give one of our mutual friends, and one who was close to her, her new number. I haven't responded and it's been 3 weeks.

Did she text me to give me another chance? Or something else?
What should I say?
