I've been dating a guy for four months who's going off to college at the end of the summer and dumping me right before he leaves. Because one of my guy friends is also leaving for college and has a girlfriend still in high school I asked him for advice on how to talk to my boyfriend without creating more arguments. He actually helped a lot and I really appreciated his advice, however this is a guy I had feelings for about 3 years ago. I'm curious to know if it's wrong to talk to an ex/almost lover about relationship issues. I genuinely don't have feelings for this guy anymore and talk to him simply as a friend. Plus my boyfriend knows we facetime sometimes and text (I asked him before hand to make sure he was cool with it), and I never talk down on him. I really only ask for advice so I can fix things because I care about my boyfriend so much and want our relationship to last. Should I stop talking to my old friend about this type of thing? Should I let my boyfriend know I've talked about our relationship with a guy who I almost dated? Is it wrong not to do so?

So this woman 26 who's a massage therapist and this guy who's 49 who's a firefighter we're dating for 8 months and she finds out that's he's been messing around with an 44 year old flight attendant through social media (a woman around his age he claims he doesn't talk to because he's set in his ways but she finds out and confronts him and he has nothing to say but kisses her and tries to change the subject and all the sudden after that the woman she confronted him about her social media is now private. So for a month the 26 yr old doesn't hear from him until she gets a call from her obgyn that she has trichomonas an STD that cured and calls him and tells him on the phone from his end there's nothing but dead silence in a dry apology so she hangs up and weeks later he doesn't call or check up on her period so she deletes him from social media and few week's go by she misses him and decided to follow an friends advice and creates an fake social media account just to be nosey and he finds out it's her so she looks on the other womans page that's 44 that he was talking to and the woman opens up her page to drag her because he told her too. Question is who was in the wrong? The 49 yr old man or the 26 yr old. By the way she knew where he lived and worked by didn't go by his place if she really wanted to do something but didn't

So I've have been dating this guy and initially he said he was 24-25 n I had just turned 19 at the time. For me this is already a pretty big age gape especially for a first boyfriend and we had already talked about the whole lying thing. I have trust issues among other things because of my past and I am really big on lying on big things such as this and we had already discussed this.

So yesterday he tells me he's 28 years old and that he's sorry and didn't want to lie to me. I really dont know what to do, really need some advice. I made the poll based on some things I've already heard from others. #confused
