There's guy in my class that i like (M). He's always nice to me and we're friends but don't talk too much.
His boyfriend from class is really good friend of mine.

He's always nice and smiled when he saw me. Once i came to class without make up and his friend asked me why. I said that i don't have reason (person) to do my make up and he said something in contest like i do.

Week ago M out of blue started to joke with me (good way) and i was really surprised. So day after i asked him over fb to help me and my friend and he said that he would help me. After that we started to lock eyes im class and sometimes smile but he's still distanced from me. He didn't talk to me since than.
One day I was ignoring him but I saw him looking and his friend started to sing a song about girl that fall in love in elevator (i was with my friends and with tham). Next they he looked at me when we were leaving class and i locked eyes with him and he than looked down and smiled. I saw that.

His friend sometimes has that "look" that's something happening but still im confused. What should i think. He won't talk to me.

'Ive liked this guy at work for a while now, and I noticed he was looking at me a lot. He always seems kind of curious to see what I'm doing or who I'm talking to, like when he hears my voice he always looks up. Once in a while he would talk to me and he was usually friendly but it would only be small talk.
I've tried smiling at him and he never really smiled back, always kept a straight face.. but he doesn't seem to be much of a smiling type so I don't know.
A couple weeks ago we happened to be getting coffee at the same time and I tried to talk to him about his commute but he seemed really disinterested in the conversation and walked away abruptly without goodbye.
Then today he was in the elevator that I happened to get on, and looking at his phone. He didn't seem nervous when I got on. I said hi, and he said hi and asked me how I am. I said good, then he said good when I asked. And then he just went right back to looking at his phone.

I don't get what's the deal with the staring thing though, if he's really not interested.
