Many girl or skinny small guy versus big guy video arm wrestles are staged but not all. The other night I experienced how It is possible to loose to a significantly weaker arm if the weaker armed person knows all the techniques of leverage, hooking etc. One of the worlds most strongest men lost easy to a top arm wrestler. Still they have to be pretty strong to do that. I say this after almost loosing to a woman night at arm wrestling. She claimed she wins against guys almost all the time. I had not been in a real arm wrestle since I was a teen. My arms muscular 16.5 inches, hers she said 12.5. She had good shaped biceps triceps and shoulder from fitness model training but her frame feminine. At go she jumped all over me and using leverage of her body etc. She quickly had me in a very loosing near pinned position. Seriously it took everything I had to push her back because I was battling not just her arm at this point. I finally got the advantage but was arm draining. Then I could not finish her off near the pin point as my arm was getting tired and what ever she was doing to prevent the pin. Maybe the bigger the arm the fasted they tire lol. At first I was not using leverage like holding the table and using my entire body like she did earlier. She pushed me back briefly again because my arm was burning out trying to finish her. I put my entire shoulder and body into it surging and luckily I finished her off. If I did not leverage maybe my arm burns out faster and she pins me. Was starting to feel that way. I saved my ass in front of my girlfriend. lol. This woman was pretty strong but asked her what she can bench and curl it was no comparison. She would beat an average guy not training for sure. Some of the technique against a rookie would seem like cheating but I think all the technique would not save a weakling. If I was better prepared and technique being equal at the start I am sure I would have beaten her fairly quickly.
