Him - but if I was still 20 or 21, i would be still immature, i would try go for her, thinking to get into her pants

Him - i said about my immaturity. At that age, i was still immature and would want to fuck. And she's 17 or 18. she's still a baby. Im 28. Girls that age is too immature for me. No way. The minimum i would go for is your age. Nothing below.

Why would he say that?
Is he attracted to her?

My new boss is basically a horrible person. His girlfriend works in our company too, and he treats her like garbage. When she comes over to talk to him he blatantly ignores her and enjoys it when she gets upset. Unfortunately she is hooked on him and keeps trying to get his attention. He is both verbally and emotionally abusive to her, and likes it.

I have to work closely with him and he literally makes me sick. I am female, and he doesn't really mess with me but every now and then he'll try to deliberalty confuse me, like he does with his girlfriend. I also often get the sense that he's competing with me and can't stand to see me succeed. I do not want to continue working under him and have to deal with his immaturity and insecurity.

I am a single mother at the age of 20, the father of my baby is not a responsible man i think. We broke up when i was still carrying our baby inside me, that was because he was always acting as if he was the victim for being a father at a young age.
First time we knew about my pregnancy, he was not surprised because he already thought of it, he was also happy that time to have a baby but as months passed he started changing, he acts like a baby that needs to be pampered all the time. We started arguing about small things and he was always saying that i'm the one who doesn't appreciate his love for us. I don't get him because he should be acting to be more responsible for me and our baby, i even gave him many chance to prove himself to be a father but he didn't show any improvements. So i decided to broke up with him, he's just giving me and my baby a hard time understanding him and his immaturity.
My question is if my baby asks for his father should i give them the chance to meet each other eventhough right now his father doesn't even try to see our child?
