So there is this girl Abby that I met quite a few years ago, at a karate clinic in Kansas. We became really good friends when we first met, I don't remember the exact age but we were in 5th or 6th grade I think maybe 4th, but anyways. We stayed in touch over the next few years and saw each other each year at the karate clinic, it might be important at this point to mention that I live in Alabama. Well after a few years I was invited to spend a week of the summer at her house in Kansas, and I did and I had a smashing time, Well this became a regular occurrence either her visiting me or me visiting her each summer. All the time this was happening I was beginning to develop stronger and stronger feelings for her. After much deliberation and internal stress I came to the ultimate conclusion that I loved her when I was about 15, and had know her for about 7 years. It also happened to be that summer that we for some reason unknown to me, I do not even know to this day, that we began to drift apart, and I did not talk to her for about two years. I still think about her constantly and rip my self up inside wondering what could have been, the one relationship that I had in this period ended in disaster as I keep wishing the person was abby. so I recently talked to her just out of the blue and we talked for awhile, and my heart flew free, and I felt nervous and wonderful. so I have very much so now been in deep deliberation in whether or not to tell her that I lover her. Bu the thing is I don't fell that this is something I can do over the phone or in a text message, so I have been contemplating driving up to see her out of the blue just for the ability to tell her face to face how I feel. so should i?

Just wondering. By the way, my ancestors are from India, but I have pretty fair skin considering I'm brown.

I hope I don't offend anyone by the poll options. I just chose those because I find that most white girls are only into white guys, and I want to see if that's justified (if it's true).

P.S.: Lol, I think the category options on this site are a bit tough to choose from... so the reason I put this question as "Flirting" was because nothing else really fit this question and I thought "Flirting" would probably get this the most views/answers.

P.P.S.: In case you're wondering, I think the only race that I don't find attractive is black girls. Again, I really hope that doesn't offend anyone - I'm actually good friends with a couple of black girls. I just haven't ever found a black girl attractive. Like, they can be a bit attractive, but I wouldn't want to be their boyfriend. I mostly like white girls; and the girl I like right now is half-Chinese, half-white.

Lately I've been noticing that in the last week or so this site has had a seriously annoying case of the pop-ups. What this does, I'm finding as I ask various people, varies a bit from person to person, and sometimes it doesn't happen at all. Ah but when it does happen I for one find it seriously fucking annoying . As I said it seems that it doesn't happen the same for everyone on this site. I've been asking around, and people have been telling me all sorts of things.

Things like how when they first sign onto GirlsAskGuys they either receive a pop-up notification from their browser, saying that a pop-up has just been blocked. Sometimes though this is the worst you'd get, and other times it won't stop there. Sometimes it would pop-up anyway the moment you click on something, or worse yet, EVERY time you click on something. Some have told me that closing these ads opens another, and some of these pop-ups are virtually impossible to close once they show up. By that I mean they would pop-up, and clicking the close button, or pressing ALT+F4 does nothing. You're just left there with a pop-up add staring you in the face, and unable to close it, and in some cases even unable to move to the window you actually came here to look at. Sometimes this is limited so that you can finally close it after a while, and sometimes it's not and you can't close it without ending process with CTRL+ALT+DEL. It's pretty ridiculous. Anyway the reason I wrote this question is to ask is... First: If any of you have experienced one or more of these kinds of pop-ups on girlsaskguys... and Second: What you folks think or how do you feel about these new pop-ups?

As for the reason I'm asking these questions, it's because I have been informed by certain administrators (who shall remain anonymous) that they are not going to do something about this unless they have something that can be logged. So, if you have any thoughts or feelings on this, now is the time to speak up. Comment on it in an answer to this question. Public or anonymous. Make a vote. Poll question - Who here actually likes the new pop-ups on this site?

I just thought up an idea that would make the poll feature questions. There are some polls that are clearly meant for girls to answer, but guys want to know the answer too so they pick any answer just to see the results. This ends up screwing up the results if the guys pick different answers than the girls. There should be an option to designate a poll for just girls, just guys or both. If it were a just girls poll, guys wouldn't be allowed to vote for it, but they could see the results automatically. I know that the results are separated into girls and guys already, but I think it would be easier to view the results my way. What do you guys think? Is it a good idea or unnecessary?

I have no idea why, but I get MAD whenever a female friend of mine says she's not attractive. I genuinely hate it, because every woman is beautiful. Now, some girl commented on another question here about herself, so I answered her like this:

About 99% of girls who think they're not pretty are wrong.

Here's why:

1) There are objective markers of looks, and yeah, if you don't have these, you're screwed:

A) Symmetry - if one of your eyes is much higher/lower than the other, you're crooked to one side of the body, your right leg is larger than your left

B) Skin - If you have skin with huge blotches, uneven coloring, huge craters/bumps noticeable a far

C) Fitness = If you have super-bad health genetically like a super bad immune system and it shows miles away etc.

D) Super unusual parts (super larger nose, super smaller nose, super large hands, super small hands)

Now, unless you have one of these 4... you have been DUPED! Seriously, you've let the media tell you what "beauty" is. Anything except the above 4 is beatiful. The type the media chooses as "beatiful" changes every 10 years. Every type has their counter-type.

Every physical type of woman, has a physical type of man who find her type the MOST PERFECT.

So, if you go for your type of guy and you let your **inner beaty** shine (you've ever seen those girls who just "glow", who just walk like radian and all?)... If you let your inner-beauty shine, you are beautiful. But the media screws you up with lies and dampens your inner beauty so you have to buy more crap from their sponsors to feel good. Don't fall for it!
