I think black guys are more honest about being attracted to other races. They're more likely not to buy into stereotypes and racial propaganda like everyone else does. They are also less likely to date interracially because of a fling, phase, or fetish like everyone else does . Now some buy into stereotypes about their own race and some suffer from self hate, but that's just a small portion of black men. Now by the numbers it would suggest that white guys are more open to dating outside their race, but you can't 100% confirm that the reason for that is because of genuine love and interest. Fetishes, flings, social status etc play a part in why the numbers are so high for them.

As we grow up, we tend develop our own personalities/views/opinions, Yet I think the basics of our personalities tend to originate from our parents.

For example: My father is a logical & intelligent but yet reasonable man, my mother is a passionate and caring person with strong values, As for me, I'm kinda a combo of them both but more of my mother's personality without the strong values.

It can be down to simple views such as Your parents may be against interracial dating yet you don't care, Or they believe in a religion and you don't,
