e. g. for anniversary, or birthday, etc

yesterday was me and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary
i made him a gift - trying to be creative and all
such as photo album and pics of us, cards of why i love him, etc
and he full took photos of them all and put it on his instagram
why would he put the pictures of my gift for him on his instagram?
does that mean he does like them?

Two days ago, it was me and my boyfriend's 1 year anniversary.
I created and decorated few things and bought things too for his gifts:
- I bought a photo frame and printed 6 pictures of us and made a collage so I can put all of them in the frame.
- I decorated the frame with stickers and it says "happy 1 year anniversary babe"
- I made palm cards: "Reasons why I love you"
- I bought him this love heart puzzle card where he has to solve the jigsaw puzzle to reveal a message I wrote him
- I bought him a perfume that he's always wanted to buy
- I bought him his favorite chocolate and his favorite chocolate biscuits
- Lastly, I bought a sexy corset 😉(but he didn't know until I wore it when I came over)
I put all the gifts in a box.
I didn't let him open it all up when Im there coz I felt like it was so cheesy and cringy lol
And when I came over, when he was out of the room, I put on the sexy corset.
He came in and kept staring at me and was like "oh wow... damn" and things lead to another ;) lol
So anyway, the next morning, he called me up and said "thank you so much babe. This is so creative and amazing. Im so speechless. I've never got this from any girl. Its cheesy but I love it. I will never throw all this away. I like the cards and frame. Im going to take photos of them and upload them. My boys would laugh at me but I dont care"
And he actually did take photos of the cards and frame and posted on his instagram.
Do you think he actually likes the gifts?
I heard that guys don't need photo frames and all that stuff and they want gifts they actually need. Is he just saying all that to make me happy?

I am freaking out.. I dont know what to get him for our 1 year..
Its this Saturday.
Im thinking of a photo frame with our pictures on it, a cologne set and maybe a game gift card that he wanted to get?
But Im not sure if its enough?
I dont know if my idea is great.
A photo frame? I dont know if he would like it or not or if its strange :\
Any more ideas?
Is my idea good or lame?

he's into:
- fitness (gym junkie)
- games (world of warcraft mostly and other from blizzard entertainment)
- electronics/gadgets

So its me and my bfs 1 year anniersary this weekend
and 3 days ago, he's like "soo.. what are we doing next week? its our special week" (im glad he remembered)
and I replied calmly "ohh I don't know.. what do u wanna do?"
and he said "hm.. dont expect a lot tho coz its only 1 year but we are just going to go have dinner at a nice restaurant.. where do u wanna go? what about that place you always wanted to go?"
and i said "oh yeh that place.. nah but it won't fill you up... maybe we can go to (this suburb) coz there's nice restaurants there"
and he said "yeah ok fine with me. we will go"
Why is he so casual about it? Is he even making effort at all about our 1 year anniversary? he's only taking me to dinner... and thats it. Im not sure if he's going to give me rose/s.
I see all my friends in relationships and their bfs takes them to dinner, gives them roses or gifts.. etc
Am i overreacting?
Does he not care about it?
