guys i like one of my male friends a lot and for a long time now
we only see each other randomly or when there's a group event

BUT every time we see each other, he flirts with me a lot. i have never reciprocated because im scared i misread all the signals and would make a fool of myself. but even my friends have picked up on his flirting and the last time i saw him he complimented me a lot and was initiating conversation with me and trying to get attention when i would talk to our mutual friend (also a guy).
he is coming to my bday in a couple of weeks... pre drinks at the hotel room as a group then clubbing.

what form of flirting is MOST effective? vote and comment

a) at a distance flirting - eye contact and smiling
b) initiating conversations and eye contact
c) light touching here and there..., laughing at his jokes but nothing over the top
d) make eye contact, look him up and down then smile and look away, lingering touches, compliment back if he does, laugh at jokes, initiate conversation, break the touch barrier with lingering touches on the forearm, thigh etc.

My boyfriend and I have been together for nearly one year. We moved in quickly with each other due to circumstances and it has been intense.

We love each other and we are still together for this reason but we argue all the time.

The arguments have got intense and it has got the point where we argue about silly things and they explode. He then shuts down and closes up and I get upset. We tell each other that we do not want to be together any more in anger which hurts both of us and than we argue more.
Somethings have changed for the better but when an argument arises we both get sad and want to end the relationship.

Eventually when the arguing stops, the wall of silence comes and it can last up-to 2 days.
We both are strong characters and sometimes clash, also the language barrier does not help (English is NOT his native) and creates problems..
So now we have made a decision to live separately, but living within walking distance so we can still see each other every day. In the future we want to live together again but for now it seems like the best solution.

We both think this is the best way to save our relationship so we eventually do not end wanting to kill each other.
I hope this will make our relationship stronger and make us appreciate each other more. He also agrees on this but he rarely talks about his emotions and feelings which is part of the conflict. We both have things we need to work on and we will eventually.

Has living apart after initially living together worked for anyone else out there? And what is the best way to overcome that internal woman paranoia and learn to not read so much into small things?

Ok people, so I'm in studying abroad this semester in Spain. I've only been here a month, so my Spanish is still not up to par. I was out clubbing with some of my friends from my school (and we had been drinking) when a guy came up to me and started talking to me. He was asking me questions, but it was loud and I don't speak much Spanish, so there was a big language barrier. The last thing he asked was if he could have a kiss? But my brain is slow with Spanish, so I didn't register what he asked me until he was kissing me. I pushed him back immediately and told him no. He advanced toward me again and I told him I had a boy friend, pushed him back again and then walked away.
The reason I need help is I don't know if I should tell my boyfriend or not. He's trusting me to be faithful to him and tell him the truth. And I feel like would probably want to know if some girl had come into him. But I'm scared to tell him even though I did nothing wrong. The last serious girlfriend he had, (of 2 years) cheated on him while she was studying abroad, so it's a touchy subject. A part of me feels like I should tell him, but the other half feels like this will cause strife. Even though I didn't encourage the kiss or kiss the guy back, it still looks bad. And my bf knows I was drinking last night. I'm afraid He'll be mad or suspicious or sad. I don't want to cause tension in our relationship for no reason. So what do y'all think? Opionions? I really want to do the right thing here
