She is a great girl and is head over heals for me but she is not meeting my needs, says she is changing but has not progressed, and no sex.

She is a great girl head over heals for me but unless I'm with her I don't feel much. I occasionally do feel the need to be with her but I don't feel that I love her and I feel distant from her even though we very regularly talk. She is way to passive and will always try to give me the choice instead of choosing even when I say it is her choice. It always goes hey want to go there? I don't know where do you want to go? She is also way to passive when we cuddle and kiss. Granted she is very slowly getting better but still she is only copying me and will never go for what she would like. She rarely tells me what she likes more.
She says that she is emotionally getting better, wants to be on time, and that she can start eating more foods soon with her tummy but none of these things have gotten better. She has opened up about her stuff but when I tell her about my things she listens and is emphatic but never really seems to care. Yet her issues keep poping up and being the center of conversations. While unless I force mine into the conversation she never asks about them.
Lastly sex there won't be any and at first I was fine with it but recently when I cuddle with her I have been getting really turned on and after I see her I want her sexually for a day or two after. Yet we talked and NO SEX.

What do you think? Are those good enough reasons to break up or should I work on her for another 6 months? PS we have talked a few times about this stuff.
