After his family settling in San Antonio TX. He discovers that he has SuPER human ability and freaks out in the beginning. Aiming to live and lead a normal life as possible he tells nobody of his newfound discoveries and keeps his powers low-key and undercover. No-one knows of this except For Coby himself and he decides to keep it that way. Later he meets General Virax leader of project X who trains Coby
And tells him of his family's SOLDIER X legacy.
