Search Results: too young to settle

So she is older by 8 and a half years. We get on great and hang out a few times each week getting high, watching movies, eating food and well, obviously having sex which is amazing. Essentially we are friends with benefits but this has been going on for over 2 months now, we're quite close and I feel that I personally want more from her.

She has said herself though that she needs to settle down with an older guy who's in a secure position so she can marry and have kids because she's nearly 32 now. I said that's reasonable and we had a laugh about it. I didn't exactly say 'oh yeah I want exactly the same' because I didn't feel I had to say it. I know all her previous relationships have been with older guys and I can tell that she either thinks I am...
a) not interested in marriage and kids or
b) too young for it.
c) not financially secure enough

I think I may tell her that I want a serious relationship with her and that I would marry her and have kids with her if it works out. I don't want to look stupid or embarrass myself though so how would you react to this if a younger guy said it? I'm 23 she's 31, nearly 32. Would you start a relationship with him if you were looking for marriage and kids?
