Kim Kardashian, along with her fiancé Kanye West and their baby, recently landed a cover on Vogue magazine. In response to this, many loyal Vogue readers are outraged. If you don't know anything about Vogue magazine, it has been around for over a century. Generally, the women who have graced the cover of vogue have at least one, often all of these traits...
1.) Unquestionable talent
2.) Highly respected, honorable accomplishments
3.) Aspirational to women all over the world

Vogue covers are usually reserved for A-list celebrities who have worked hard to get where they are. Landing the cover of a Vogue magazine is a huge turning point in a model's career. There are models who devote most of their life's time and energy working towards that point so it's a complete smack in the face for Kim Kardashian to have that privilege. Some may feel that Kimye *Kim & Kanye* being on Vogue's cover more or less says it's official that you don't need to have an actual respectable talent to be on the cover; You just have to be able to take a d*ck or be one. Not only is Kim's claim to fame getting f*cked in a sex tape that she sold for money, but even years later; she has not displayed any true talent. Sure, she models, but she wouldn't even make it in the modeling world without being half naked. No matter how famous a celebrity is, there is a minimum level of respectability that is required to be on the cover of Vogue. For example, GQ (Gentleman's Quarterly) will NEVER let Chris Brown be on the cover after his very un-gentleman-like "break-up" with Rihanna. The same should be for Vogue. Vogue was meant to showcase influential women and give girls something to aspire to and no woman should aspire to be like Kim Kardashian.

Personally, I dislike Kim Kardashian because she represents everything that's wrong with society. I've never seen one woman represent so many unpleasant layers of society.
