When I got into a serious long distance relationship recently ( is originally from same country as mine), my ex friends with benefits ( friends with benefits) asked me how's your boyfriend and then started talking like this ( see images) and after that few days later, my boyfriend said me something he shouldn't leading to insecurity , probably on verge of breaking up and I shared that incident with my ex friends with benefits and all he advised to call it off or give it some time and says that he doesn't wanna miss out me again. Does that mean my ex friends with benefits loves me or has feelings for me?

Admitting the relationship was pretty good, healthy, etc. No fighting, no cheating.
He was the one to reach out first with a long and nice text. He replied in a nice way at my text then. We had been agreed to meet a few days later to have a talk, because even him was not really sure of his decision. I had finals exams for university, so I didn’t contacted him for 2 weeks after the breakup to stay focused. The following day, I ask him in a polite and cordial way if I could call him when he would have some free time. It’s been more than 2 days and he didn’t reply.

A single detail, I took more than 2 days to reply to his own text. Maybe he was upset.
Other thing, he is the very first to see all my stories on social media (he’s never done that when we were together).

He is a respectful and honest guy, we have never hurt each other. And I’m pretty sure he doesn’t see someone else (even if I had some doubts because insecurities you know).
I just have the feeling he might not doing that well.

What do you think of such a behaviour :
Did he change his mind and making me understand that finally we would not meet up because he is over for good? Or could he be affected by the breakup, needing more space and time so he takes some distance?
