I like my best friend, again. I don't want to because he has a girlfriend, and he is younger than me. I do not know what to do. And it feels like lately people just drop random hints such as. "I think he likes you, and you guys would be cute together and things as when he and she break up he is coming after you." And lately he has been there for me, he was in his rotc uniform, and when you are in uniform you are not allowed to have physical contact with anyone, especially anyone of the opposite sex. And when I was crying yesterday, he held me close, and I got his uniform soaked with tears. And then when I told him that he is in violation by touching me, he took my hand and looked me in the eyes and said " I love you, I care for you, and I am here for you, I don't care about any rules right now. Its all about you." then he kissed me on the cheek, and hugged me close once more. And we mess around but not in the sexual way just crude sexual jokes that involve groping occasionally, but its nothing serious. I just don't know what should I do?
