Search Results: sacrifice my education for a relationship

You are about to graduate from college or have done so most recently. A career job has lined up for yourself and has great potential for you. Your lover, the love of your life, has a similar situation.

The problem is that your job is located in one part of the country, say the East Coast. Your significant others' career will take them to the opposite end of the country or at least very far away.

OR

Your lover comes from a different country and will be forced to return with little chance of them coming back to your country anytime soon.

What will you honestly do? Will you adjust your life's path for the sake of you true love? OR is your career first and foremost? If you make the sacrifice and move with your lover, there may not be an opportunity that will fit your education. Leaving you with being a bus driver or something. Yet the same could happen for your lover. There is a Hollywood ending possibility that things may work out somehow. That or things will just not end up well and your perfect relationship may come to a tearful ending.

Why this question? Because we see this everyday right? If not witnessing it on your friends, it has or had involved you before. How many times have we heard someone talk about how important their career is in college eh? Quite often when you think about it, perhaps even said it yourself.

So let's hear it, please be brutally honest about your feelings. I want to know people's hearts...or ambitions if you will.
