I think marriage should stop being a contract.

But at least if it was to be changed, then after a divorce the women shouldn't be entitled to 50% of the man's assets, his car, his house and custody of the children should be equal in most cases (50/50) instead of the 90% custody granted to the woman, unless of course one of the parents is a drug addict or is completely broke or smth.

Men shouldn't be obligated to pay ridiculous amounts of child support either, while the woman has all authority over the child/children. Men also shouldn't be forced to pay alimony better said VAGINA MONEY. That way anyone can walk away from a marriage with ease instead of women walking away 80% of the time, getting all sorts of benefits, and men losing half their shit and in some cases all of their assets, and their dignity along with it.

Also, prenups shouldn't exist not only because they are often invalidated in court but also because conceptually they don't make any sense. If you should make another contract to invalidate stuff from a first contract, why take the first contract in the first place?

True love shouldn't need a binding contract that enslaves men to the system.
