I was talking to people about my female friend and some one told me wow, she really sounds like she is using you. My friend and I have fun together. We go out and go to clubs, she leads me on but we make out and what not (when drunk) I really do care and like her. I try to walk out when she is flirting or kissing other guys (usually when she's been drinking). If we are at a bar and she starts fooling around with some one else I just put my drink down and start to leave and she chases after me threatening that if I leave she'll just follow me. So I stay behind and I hold her while she is either crying or telling me how much I mean to her. I've gotten drunk and have lashed out verbally against her (out of spite and a chip on my shoulder) and she constantly forgives me too. I'm not trying to put myself down but I'm no where as attractive as she and we have a pretty messed up friendship if we have to get drunk to express our feelings.I tried to get her a cab home when she was drunk and she kept crying because I wouldn't let her walk alone downtown at 2am drunk. After we dropped her off the cabbie turned and said "she's very pretty but you deserve better than that man, you are way too good for her". Do abusive dependency friendships exists? Or are we both parasites of each other? She gets to feel valued and comfort from me and I get to be around a pretty girl who shows me affection ones in a while. We haven't dated and I don't think I could date some one with her baggage...but we always spend time together.

a lot of people have been taking it out on miley this week for her revealing performance and saying she used to be so sweet and innocent and a role model but I'd say from what I've seen over the years its pretty common for girls to lose the sweet and innocent status by later in high school or college age . I know girls who at 17 were lets say working as cute ice cream servers but by 19 age to go to bar here there suddenly drinking , fooling around with guys and getting body piercings . I see it all the time girls hit an age where they change and start doing things you never though they'd do like get a tattoo or sexual things . so I don't think what happened to miley was really that uncommon and happens to a lot of girls that age
