There is this guy who I think may be lying saying he doesn’t like me. He is a proud person and insecure person I can tell. He has emotional issues at that. We’ve been kinda texting and talking for a month. Everything was fine until got him a present for his birthday. He looked very, I don't know like it got to him he looked soft hearted when I handed it to him. ( he is the type of person to be mean to cover up his feelings I can tell. One day I was like oh I’m gonna meet your cousin one day cause he was talking about them and he looked kinda scared and nervous “ and was like you are? Okay I’ll invite u one day” in a sarcastic tone but I could tell he was nervous. He always acts awkward around me and he just stopped talking to me out the blue. One day when I was drunk he told me I guess thinking I won’t remember that he wants to get to know me more than just sex. I then hung out with him on his birthday and he was drunk and I asked him why he acted like he didn’t like me and he said he did like me and he wanted me to be his and that I’m his. The next day when he was sober of course he ignored me and then i told him to stop messing with my feelings which he responded with asking me 10 times if I had feelings for him. I’d ignore him and he said nvm where not on the same page so I said yes I do since he kept asking me and he said oh okay... then I said so u don’t? And he said naw I think your really attractive but I don’t like u.. and then he kept saying things like I know u don’t have feelings for me lol. Even tho I said I did? I called him out on him saying he liked me when drunk and he never responded. I figured out he was upset that I wasn’t at work one day from my coworkers. what is going on here?

I gave this guy I'm talking to $200 for shoes cause it's his b day we obviously both like eachother and have kissed and have done oral sex on eachother. He before said he doesn't trust anyone and has a hard time expressing himself and says he doesn't talk about things openly and he says he keeps it all in. We get to know eachother a little bit and then I said since I gave him those shoes he has to tell me about himself and he looked scared but said he'd do it. Now he has the shoes ( I was gonna get him a present anyways but I was being nice for his bday) and now he ignores me everytime I bring up the fact I want him to spill the beans about himself and what happened to him in his life for him to be that way and he avoids my question like the plague. I then asked him are you gonna tell me or not... he then says " I am just not right now" and I said that doesn't make sense not right now it could be forever then. He then stops texting me. He looks at me like he likes me a lot and I can tell in his eyes I made him really happy and he wants to tell me everything because he keeps talking to me even when he said he wasn't gonna tell me ( pre birthday present) everytime it's brought up he looks terrified. Does he want to tell me? He said when you trust people bad things happen.
