I'm 19 and I graduated high school this year. I don't have my license and I have never had a job. I've been sitting around on my phone all summer and not really doing anything. I don't want to go to college because I hate school and I barely graduated high school. I don't want to work because working sucks (everyone says that) and I hate people telling me what to do. I am my own person and I have feelings too. I'm not your personal fucking servant. I don't do chores around the house because my parents demand it and never ask nicely. I tell them off constantly. My parents call me a lazy piece of shit every day of my life and tell me I won't amount to anything. They tell me to get a job but won't help me apply to a job and I really don't want to work. I don't have many friends and have always been an outcast at school. I argue and fight with everyone and never get along with anyone. I hate my parents all they do is call me derogatory names and belittle me. I went to a mental hospital in May because I had an suicidal breakdown and they put me on Zoloft and a hormonal birth control because I have too much testosterone in my blood. I haven't took my pills in about a week because I don't fucking have too. My mom got me an appointment with a behavioral psychologist or therapist on Monday who will help me get on track. Only if I fucking let them. I don't have to listen to a word they say. I told my mom I'm not going and it's a big waste of time and money and she can't make me go. She got really pissed off and started threatening me. You can't fucking make me do anything, period. I don't know why she thinks she can. Can she make me go, I don't think she can?

I was with him for only a few months but cared deeply for him. He's already a dad, and has a six year old daughter whom he has joint custody of. He is a phenomenal dad and I know he wants to have more kids in the future, but not quite at this moment. Stupidly, we weren't always the most careful with birth control, and then I went on the pill only about a month ago, mid-cycle. We broke up three days ago. I found out that I was miscarrying a baby yesterday. The doctor estimated it at only 5 weeks, and I didn't know I was pregnant due to cycle changes with the pill. Regardless, it's still a terrible emotional and physical pain, especially at this already fragile time.

So... should I tell him? A part of me feels like he has the right to know, another part of me feels like I should just let it be.

To be clear, I would not be telling him this information in hopes of getting back together right now. More of just an FYI. There is a small chance that we could get back together in the future, as our relationship ended over being in very different places in our lives, and both of us being super busy and not having a ton of time and energy to put into a relationship, but we both still have pretty intense feelings for each other. It just doesn't work right now.
