I am asking because I currently have neighbors like the ones I'm about to describe and one of them is my own family... maybe you are already dealing with one of these types...

A. The obsessive gardener, he "blows" his driveway everyday... sometimes twice a day because he can't stand to see a single leaf. He sprays insecticide constantly and the toxic perfumey fumes get in your home. He is always outside and will come outside when you go outside... because he has OCD and is a stalker.
b. The chain smoker... wouldn't be bad if it were outside but no, she smokes right out her bedroom window which directly adjacent to your bed room window and only a few few apart, it is hot out and you need to keep the windows open or you will cook like a turkey. Literally she always has a cig burning and apparently never leaves her bedroom. Also she continually sprays strong, perfumey, air freshener to cover up the smell, which lingers in the air.

C. The car mechanic/ tinkerer/hoarder The driveway is full of broken down rusty cars, plenty of junk packed in the garage and spilling out to the driveway, always working on the house or cars which can make loud noises, he wears a dirty wife beater is sweaty and his adult children (how many are packed in that tiny home by the way?) are always barefoot in sweat pants and loudly joke/curse at each other.

D. The house with 3 young boys hyped up on sugar and caffeine and the mom on antidepressants and drunk all the time "boys... no... stop..." she says vacantly, as they climb on the car, honk the horn repeatedly, blow whistles, scream and attack each other and torment their cat.

E. The rich immigrants who keep to themselves... except when they want to cut down the only old growth trees left on the street to build an even bigger Mc Mansion. Every now and then their young daughter will throw a tantrum and demand daddy get her some coffee!
