Coworker touched my collar and said “fix your collar,” caught him staring at me a lot, looked at my chest, asked “did any guys try talking to you?”, asked many times if I still talk to my ex boyfriend, bumped into me a lot on purpose, touched me a lot, I reported him and he got fired. He apologized and got rehired. Should I be upset?

I work with this guy who is older, married, and above me in the company. He gives me the creeps for these reasons:
-He stares at my chest during meetings
-He has put his hand on my shoulder more than once
-When I don't pay "enough" attention to him, he gets angry, cold, and sulky, refusing to make eye contact with me
-He sulks when he doesn't get his way in general
-He expects other people to take care of him emotionally (very needy)
-He got mad at me because I didn't attend a happy hour, and didn't talk to me for a whole week (even though he was there with his WIFE)
-He acts infatuated with me after only knowing me for a short time

I can tell he likes me, at least in some capacity, but I can't tell if it's just as a friend..

We work together (yes, I know dating coworkers isn't always the best idea). I was interested in him much more than he was in me, at least at first. I started around 2 years ago and found him attractive from the first time I saw him. He's honestly so good looking, and I kind of figured he must get a lot of women. But I just couldn't resist making myself known to him, so I started saying hello in the hallways, staring at him occasionally, and smiling. I tried to make conversation but he kind of shut it down immediately.

Over the past couple years, however, things have changed. So, now he's always staring at ME. When he walks past my desk, he glances at me. Sometimes he locks eyes, holds it, then smiles. I smile back and look down, then when I look back up he's smiling to himself. He usually looks at me before he leaves almost every day..

He's also started coming up to my desk and saying hello, and asking me how I am daily.. but I keep chocolates out so he might just be coming up for that? it's kind of become a routine, and I wonder if somethings wrong when he doesn't. But he doesn't really make any conversation beyond "how are you"...

When I was talking to a guy friend of mine, he looked so jealous.. I saw him over my friends shoulder, and he looked him up and down judgmentally, a sour expression on his face.

One time, I ran into him in the hallway and he was trying to figure out how something on the printer worked. I stopped and asked him if he needed help, and then he stood so close to me when I was showing him.. I could feel his chest against my back... We walked together afterwards, up the stairs, and he almost seemed like he wanted to put his arm around me? He was walking that close.. Then he rushed to grab the door for me..

So what do you think? Does he seem to like me or is it just a friend thing?

So at work, there was this boy who was maybe 10-13yrs old. My boss let's the employees bring their children on no school days. So that's why he was there
Not only I, but other coworkers as well, noticed him check out the female employees. And by checking out, it wasn't a simple glance, he was literally staring.

He stared at one of their asses as she walked by, and he stared at my chest as I picked up my bookbag. I looked at him, hoping that he'd see my reaction and stop, but he didn't. He didn't seem to care, and kept staring.

Personally, I wasn't all too bothered by it, since he's a kid. He's likely going through puberty, so perhaps that's just his hormones. It is a bit disrespectful, yes.

My coworkers told me to tell his mother, because, regardless, it's inappropriate. And it should be corrected now, before he grows up thinking it's ok.
I still haven't told his mom. Should I? Would you?

TLDR: Will you let your child ogle/ stare with no shame? At what age would you be ok with it? Would you tell their parents if you catch them checking you out in an extremely obvious, unapologetic way?
