Search Results: birthday party ideas

We both get invitations to a party. I was happy to go and we both talked about it (this is about two weeks to the party).
Then we don't mention it anymore (though I still have intentions of going). The day before the party she says don't forget about the party and what was I getting this person for a present. I told her I had no idea and this was the end of the conversation. Then the day of the party 45 minutes before my ride bales b/c they were sick. I am currently waiting for them to pick me up from my aunts house where I have no phone, computer and I know no ones #. By the time I get home it was a hour into the party and I get online and tell her I am so sorry and that my ride bailed. this was over a week ago and she still hadn't talked to me. So I get in contact with her today and bring up the subject and she is like "well, its over now", and "yeah well, okay whatever".
I personally don't know what else to do. How should I go about this matter.
I have also been holding her birthday present since the day before the party b/c we never see each other. She continues to act like I am lying about this still.

Another... we are going to be taking a trip to Florida with a group and we have to room together...
