Today morning my boyfriend was waking me up around 6:45 and i was having a sound sleep and didn't get up. He sprinkled water on my face and then I woke up angrily Shouting and threw the glass on his stomach. I couldn't help it as I am periods and having mood swings. He apologised by saying sorry and went away. I woke up after 1 hr and we didn't have any conversation and he left for work. I ran behind with his tiffin box thinking that he forgot but he just pointed to the box nodded his head left and right and drove away and when I called him in the afternoon and asked him whether he had lunch or not and he said "I won't eat anything today, goodbye" and he kept the phone. Did I overreact or did he over react to the situation?

so just to clarify I’m not for self diagnosis at all and I’m going to a psychiatrist very soon. so today i was really happy and restless and couldn’t stop talking to everyone and then I got very anxious and stressed and mad, then bursted into tears and got a nose piercing at school, i was like “I love evryone” and happy and then bursting into tears and getting aggressive and saying I hate everyone. I have fear of abandonment, mood swings, self harm, depression, overly confident/happy, euphoria, recklessness, hypersexual, needy, moody, always needs to be reminded when in a relationship that they love me or have feelings, fears of abandonment when it’s not real at times, explosive anger, uncontrollable crying, fast speaking a lot, racing thoughts, many ideas, creativity, anxiety

rapid mood swings (not long term), unwanted thoughts, suicidal thoughts, self harm, inappropriate outbursts of anger, fears of abandonment, guilt, uncontrollable crying, depression, euphoria, hypersexual, recklessness, risk taking behaviour, antisocial behaviour, fidgety, inpatient, hard time controlling anger
(People throw these disorders at me, I didn’t chose em deliberately)
