So, I've never celebrated a birthday in my life besides my first birthday party and it sucks. So, last year I turned 15, and yet even being hispanic I didn't my Quincenera. Due to my dad having business trips out of state and it was a whole hassle to have one and him not being there. I think this year I could have my sweet 16, if my parents permit it. But for about 2 months, my mom said if I keep up the good grades she'll get me the car I want (Benz or 2015 Camaro) but never have I heard her mention a birthday party for me this year. I wanted a party for memories and all of that. A car, to go out and etc.. My friend, is having her 15 this year (bought dress, going to take pictures and just have a small party in church) and I kind of envy her, she's been rubbing it in my face about it, and she won't ever let the topic go about me not having one. I don't know how to handle it, so I ignore the remarks, and questions about it. So, a few days ago my mom asked what sounded better, a car or a party, and I don't which one sounds better, what do you guys think? A car sounds great, but party does too. My mom suggested buying me the dress, taking pictures and get me the car, or having just the full on party. Any suggestions? I don't want to choose something I'll regret, lol.

Hey everyone, so basically my boyfriend (he is my first boyfriend ever) and I have been together a total of a year later this month and he has been depressed for 7 months of our relationship now and our text conversations are monotonous and I'm just not sure if I can deal with the negativity anymore. I love my boyfriend, he's so sweet and caring and he makes me happy when I'm with him but thats another thing... I rarey ever get to see him, Im 16 and his parents dont allow him to go anywhere with me even to his front yard. This is taking a toll on me because I'm very adventurous and I can't stant not going out and doing things.

Recently I've gotten really close with my best guy friend and I found out last night while going on a night time adventure with his friends that well.. he likes me and I kind of like him but im committed to my boyfriend so I can't like this guy entirely. I mainly just want to stay friends with this guy though he makes me so so happy. Last night we were on a couch and we were extremely tired and he's been desperate for cuddles cause he's super affectionate like me and yeah I just let him lay on my lap and i ruffled his hair and rubbed his back and I feel guilty because I know I had cheated partially on my boyfriend in my opinion even though it was strictly platonic in my opinion.

So now I dont know what to do... do I leave my current boyfriend and try maybe being with this new dude and have more adventures and fun but this time as a couple or should I stick through it with my boyfriend because I love him and though there's so much bad right now because itll be better someday (cause he truly is who I want to be with in the future). or should I maybe even break up with my boyfriend and just remain friends with the other dude for now.

I've had this guy friend for a few months. In January 2016 he didn't talk to me because of some flase drama some people made up. We just rekindled our friendship about two weeks ago but we are closer than before & we bounced back surprisingly fast. Well two days ago (Feb 16) he & I went to the movies together & the entire time he was being really sweet & flirty & nervous & kept hugging me but that's sort of normal for us in a way. Anyways when we were on the roof of the parking garage running around in the rain he pulled me in for a hug & kissed me. The kiss was really slow, soft & sweet. I wasn't completely surprised because the past days before that he & I face-timed till we fell asleep & before falling asleep he admitted that he thought I was pretty & that he wanted to kiss me. A few hours after he apologized saying he "probably shouldn't have done that" & I told him it was okay because I did want him to & he was relieved. Then he asked if I wanted to be 'Friends With Benefits' I was hesitant because I've been played before in a situation like that with no strings attached & I asked him two things. 1) What friends with benefits meant to him & whether it would affect our friendship (because our friendship Is important to me) & 2) If he even liked me in that way. His responses were & I quote 1) 'no it won't affect our relationship. I see it as a closer friendship in a more intimate way' & 2) I don't know. We both agreed to keep this to ourselves especially because the students at our high school always make unnecessary drama & neither of us like drama. Today he & I were supposed to make out & he was setting aside time so that he could get that moment with me.
Am am I being played? Does he like me or is he using me? Will this blossom into a real relationship? Will I end up hurt?

***Things to note: He trusts me more than anyone else with his personal issues and what not and yes I do like like him. Also ever since then he & I have FaceTimed after school till we fall asleep.

So I'm shy and I've never dated or kissed. He was very sweet. He was chilvarous, spoke for me in class, got nervous, and got jealous and tried to make me jealous. This went on for a year and we never talked. Recently we finally talked and he complimented my personality a lot and wouldn't let my guy friend near me. He listened to every word I said and talked to me as much as he could. He liked to be near by or in my space. He was flirty and stared at me a lot and checked me out when I was looking. We were playing fooseball and when we shook hands his hands were sweaty. So I thought everything was perfect into my friend told me he's had a lot of girlfriends. He kissed this girl (she didn't like him) along time ago for a dare and she was shocked at how good of a kisser he was. He's Puerto Rican and I'm black. I'm 16, a year older. Is this just a game to him? 😔

ok so basically i liked this guy for a while and found out that he liked me to, and now we are dating. but i can't help think he might have feelings for another girl, i mean he always is so sweet and nice to me, but whenever we are around her he acts diffrent. He brings her up in at least half of our convorsations, and he sits next to her in class and they always talk. To make matters worse i think she likes him. I feel really bad for asuming all this, but its really stressing me out... (also i dont know if this is relevant, but im 16, and clicked on the wrong age in the begining)
