So I already asked this, but wanted to include a poll and other topics in order to get more advice.

This is kind of long lol.
I like this guy I work with. He is older than me if that matters. He is also in a higher position than me (manager), but I am not sure if that matters to him or not.

We are friends on Facebook, however we do not talk on Fb. I'll message him every now and then and he won't message back. Also he'll comment on my statuses in person sometimes, but he won't ever like/comment on my actual posts. I'm confused about that too. We always talk at work. Usually it's just chitchat but sometimes we'll get into deeper conversations.

My ex of 2 years and I broke up. During our relationship, the guy I work with (let's name him Bob), would ask about him and me. He would say things that sort of criticized my ex. When my ex and I broke up, Bob pulled me aside and let me talk about it and cry. He gave me 3 hugs when we talked. However, he has not hugged before or since.

Bob also asked about my other relationship. Why that one didn't work.

Once in a while he will flirt with me, but he flirts with everyone.

Bob also asked me about my crush after I asked about his.

I told him i liked him and he didn't reply for five months... So i assumed he didn't like me so i started dating again
He then sent me a message wanting to talk to me over the phone (. Lives in another country)

So we talked and he said he had a connection with me too, kept encouraging me to come visit, brought up a memory of us and then said we would keep in contact, bye sweetie.

I added him on Facebook, and it says im in a relationship.

He hasn't spoken to me in eight days!! He even deleted his Facebook account for a day then reactivated it...

Then posted a status saying "fuc* dat b****"

He doesn't usually talk like that... Was that directed towards me?

Should i message him asking him how he is?

Should I Facebook message a crush from high school? He just broke up with his girlfriend of a year on Monday. I want to say something to the effect of “I know we haven’t spoken in a long time, but I hope you’re doing okay! Let me know if you ever need anything” because he posted a super depressed status the but I haven’t had a convo with him for two years. But would this look like a bad come on? What else could I say? I wanna build up a friendship again, cuz I am still interested. Is this weird? We were acquaintances three years ago. In class.

I asked yesterday but only got one answer, that I appreciated, but I'd like multiple opinions :)
