Okay so, let me tell you my story. My ex broke up with me around 3 weeks ago, because he said he needed to focus on himself and his work and he needed to be himself. I honestly think he just got tired of the fact that I always wanted to be with him, spending time and doing everything together. Since he broke up with me I haven't texted him or called him. I've only been posting pictures on instagram of what i was doing: hanging out with friends, going to parties, trying new things... Today he is at a music festival with his friends where he and I used to go every year. I thought it was a good chance to talk to his mom since we are pretty close and she helped me a lot, she told me that he has been really wary about my movement on instagram and that he told her that i looked beautiful, that i lost weight and that i was going out with friends and parties, and that was the "learnfromyou" that he liked.

Do you guys think I might still have a chance to be with him? Let me know what you think! What should I do?

I like this really like this super cute shy guy at my school. I kinda think he may like me back but I'm not sure.

I just transferred schools this year so a new student and we met on the bus because we have the same one. He started out talking to both me and this other new kid but then the questions/conversation started to become more directed towards me and it basically became only the two of us talking.

Reasons he might like me...
1. He's really shy, like I said, but my friends that knew him longer told me that he's usually really quiet around people and that they were surprised that he talked to me.

2. On the bus he usually starts the conversation. Ex - I was reading a book and it was super quiet on the bus and then all of a sudden he just started talking to me out of nowhere and we talked for most of the bus ride (he's done this multiple times).

3. We're in a play together & our school has 2 campuses so we usually have to drive an 1 hour to get to the other campus and it's just us + our teacher & from that we've gotten super close. We always ask each other how our day was & he knows I'm clumsy so he's always making fun of me for it, but in a nice way. Sometimes he'll just laugh/smile at me when I fall or stumble & sometimes he'll make a funny remark on it.

4. Today he helped me with my lines but I didn't ask him to. We were in the car on our way to the 2nd campus & he was like "Do you remember your lines for act one?" (said it w/a smile 2) I said "I hope so," all playfully (I had the script in my hands and I was just looking over them. He told me to give me the script & that he was to test me. - Today was the most playful he’s ever been with me before.

Are these signs he likes me/is getting comfortable with me?

So I have a new boyfriend, who I believe I am in love with. But I am still in love with my ex… and I know that if my ex comes back and wants me back, that I will really want to go back to him. I feel bad for being in love with my new boyfriend though because my ex boyfriend still loves me too but he said he doesn’t think we should be together because he needs to get his life in order and he just told me last week he still loves me but told me again he doesn’t think we should be together “now”. So that means he might want me back in the future…. but I think I love my new boyfriend too. So I don’t know if what I am feeling is okay to feel. I don’t want myself to fall in love with my new boyfriend or anyone else except for my ex but my ex may get over me and not come back so therefore never allowing myself to fall in love and keeping all my walls up could mean a very lonely life for me. So is it okay to fall in love with my new boyfriend? He is telling me he wants to marry me… I’m 17 years old and please don’t tell me I don’t know what love is because seriously, I do. I know the difference between infatuation and love.
