Earlier this year my friend's sister wanted to meet me. He could never catch me and he ended up texting me her number. We started talking and hanging out and hit it off really well. We basically talked all day every day. After awhile she becomes a bit distant then pulls the fade. Fast forward a few months I've been hanging out with my friend at his house and have ran into her. She was friendly and asked about how my life was going and we both acted like nothing ever happened. Next time I see her she strikes up conversation with me, is playful, plays with her hair while speaking to me, and offers to share her notes from class with me. We attend diff. colleges but have to take some of the same classes. A week later I'm over at the friend's house for a grill out. She teases me, wants to take a selfie with me, I catch her making eye contact, she makes cupcakes and gives me some of the bread wanting me to try it, she is laughing at anything that I say jokingly. She makes an amazing cupcake just for me and comes and finds me to give it to me. She asked me to get her phone out of her back pocket. She wanted me to stay with her and her friend and not to join my friends. After her friend leaves, she finds me and we talk about different things for awhile. I asked her a school related ques. one night previously and she was short with me. She apologized for it because she was busy at work. I still like this girl but because of earlier this year I didn't want to try anything. My friend convinced me to ask her out. I asked her to go bowling. She replied with I hate bowling. I tell her to forget I asked. She responds with "But we can do something else though =)". So I ask her if she would like to go to the zoo or fair. She said yes they both sound nice. I text her the dates of the fair and need to know when she is free. It's been over a day and I'm waiting on a reply. Not sure if she is playing me.
