(Personaly I'm not religous, but I'm also not anti-religious. Although I still wouldn't be okay railsing my children with religion. So for me it would be a major deal breaker. Honestly I don't think I could ever get past it because religon plays such a huge part in some peoples lives and I don't want to take that away from them. So it's best to prevent it before it happends..)

But do you think If the opportunity ever came up, do you think you could date (with the intent to marry) someone with such diffrent beliefs as yourself? Say you actually got married to the person with polar opposite beliefs and planed to have kids. Would you fight about raising your kid with/without religion? I guess the point I was getting at was, Do you think this big of belief difference could work out in the long run?

You may think this is entirely up to him, but what do you personally think is the best option here? Men, what would you do in this situation? Do the four kids need a step parent? Should he focus more on feeding and raising four kids, rather than paying for dates and giving attention to someone else? Losing custody of the kids, getting back with his ex, or putting the kids up for adoption isn't an option.

It seems like there's always some new fad labelled as "harmless" that people buy into. Tobacco was harmless... until it wasn't. Fad diets were harmless... until they weren't. The whole drug craze of the 70's was harmless... until it wasn't. Now it's weed that's "harmless", and everywhere I go I see people in their 20's who are buying into the craze. Considering the long term effects of heavy use, did we just create a generation of long term issues by hyping this up as a harmless new, safe, fun item?

Now, before anyone argues that it's harmless, look up studies on long term permanent effects on cognition in used that begin before 30. Also, look up emergency room statistics in places that have legalized and normalized the drug as well as multiple interviews of E. R. docs who have been dealing with the backlash since it's become more popular... The long term negative effects are generally restricted to users who begin before the age of 30 and use it often. Cigarettes may have caused cancer, but they did not cause cognition issues. Is this really worth ruining the ability to reason for a whole generation (or more) of people who will be voting, raising kids, running this country?
