You may recognize me because I sort of mentioned this yesterday, but it wasn’t about getting the number.

Anyway so I’m in the hospital with my mom
I’ve been staying here for 3 days
Last night my mom had the cutest nurse I’ve ever seen
She was perfect, she was all thick & 😩 just my type
you guys might’ve called her fat though, what I consider average, you guys consider fat.

She was so nice & sweet
I know you may Be thinking this kid is nuts, but I like older women.
I asked for this nurses number.
Even though I was denied, I’m proud of myself.
Im the shyest guy in the world.. literally I don’t even like answering the door just because the person might wanna speak to me.. & I just asked for a girls number

When I first asked for her number she looked at me
like “aww” you know that aww face

then she asked me if I knew how old she was
she told me she was my moms age & she was flattered that I just asked.
then she told me she was married,
when she said that I knew it was over.

After that we just started talking about my relationship with my mom
she tried to keep it from getting awkward

my heart was pounding.. I don’t think a gun in my face would make my heart pound this much
it took me like 15 seconds to ask a 5 second question..

i was like
“I was... um wondering if... maybe I could.. (Cringey pause)... have your... number?

by the way I’m turning 18 in 2 months
less than 2 technically

she's a sophmore and im a senior. Were both in High School. She used to really like me, but i didn't realize it and i wasn't as interested. I think she moved on, but we still talked and everything.

Then i realized I had feelings for her, and i started to show them. She was interested in me too, but I made two big mistakes :

1 - I waited too long. I should have hinted at my interest from the start much stronger instead of playing the friend angle

2 - I texted her a big paragraph telling her how much I like her and I want to get to know her, and asking her out.

She said Im cute andnshe loves me, but now isn't a good time. Maybe in a few weeks or when the time is right.

Its been two months since then. She seems a little hot and cold towards me. She does things that show interest in me (gives me her mumber, stares at me, says hi alot) and then she will do the opposite days later (leave me on read sometimes, ignore me) We still talk, and the chemistry is still there, but the flirtacious spark isn't there as much as it used to be.

Now the way I see it, I have three options

1 - Have an in person conversation about how much i regret not getting to know her earlier and how much i want to be more than friends and take her out one night over break
(im leaning towards this option right now)

2 - Casually ask her if she wants to go see a new movie she likes over break (it could just be as friends)

3 - Keep playong the long game with her. Text as much as possible over break.

I really like this girl and i screwed things up bad in the past with her. I do have other options, and she knows it, but i want to make things work with her.

So, based off the above info, what are her feelings for me and what should i do in the last two days before break for her?

Im really confused on what to do about this girl and how to act, so here goes...

I know for sure she had a major crush on me. She told me she would have went to prom with me, said we were practically dating. She literatlly did everything short of actually saying she liked me. Now, at the time, I liked another girl, but that went south over the summer.

When school started again this year, this girl continued to show all these signs of liking me. I realized I liked her too, so i added her in Snapchat and we started talking literatlly every night, and really getting to know each other.

This went on for about a month or two, and the reason i didn't ask her was because i knew a friend also liked her. She talked to this friend as well, and he asked her out eventually. She told him she likes him but she doesn't feel like she would be a good girlfriend and her parents are strict. They haven't talked since then.

Even after rejecting me friend, she still talked and showed signs of liking me a lot, so i asked her out about a week later.

She said she loves me and im so much fun to talk to, but now isn't a good time for her and she needs to focus on other things for a bit.

I was confused by that, so i said i understand, but we should get together "when the time is right" (meaning in a few weeks). She responded to that with yes! Your so cute!!!

So, its been two weeks since then. At first i distanced myself a little from here, but i gradually started to talk to her a lot again.

I told her i missed her and wanted to start texting again (we would still talk in school) I've been pretty open about liking her, complimenting her a lot and stuff.

She still shows sign of liking me. sometimes acts a little more nervous and distant now. I think its because she dodnt think i liked her and now isn't sure how to act, but i have no idea.

Either way, im going to casually ask her out again a week or two and see what happens.

Question : How much does she like me & how do i act to get the date?
