Coworker A and B are well liked amongst everyone and both good friends of mine. Coworker A has been at this job for 6 years. Coworker B started 4 months ago and this is her first job. Coworker A and B are both shy but they are definitely shy around each other. Coworker A was playing mind games with B’s emotions. Coworker B got sick of it (going on for 2 months) and asked Coworker A out but coworker A was caught off guard and said he was not interested. A immediately felt bad and regretted the decision. B was distancing herself from him all last week and when they did talk she joked around harshly and her whole demeanor changed. A got feelings for B and B was acting like a complete bitch and A was being nice and doing things for her. A got fed up with her shitty attitude towards him and found her twitter and she made tweets wanting to plot revenge on a coworker that nobody likes (all she was gonna do was hide her stuff around the room, really stupid childish stuff nothing major) he screenshotted and printed out her tweets and took them to HR. She was on the brink of being fired anyways because she was continuously late (she got several warnings before her write ups). Coworker A then blocked her on everything. Coworker B got fired yesterday and she found out it was A who ratted her out. Coworker A shouldn’t have gotten involved but he called it revenge. Everybody is mad at A For saying anything. Yes it was wrong but she was a good coworker who rarely caused trouble plus nobody liked that other girl. Coworker A now feels bad for what he did but the damage is done and he’s actually sad that he won’t see B again. He has tried apologizing and messaging B but she’s not responding to him. She is also blaming herself on how she handled the situation after initially being rejected (being a bitch to him all last week), I think they are both too emotionally immature and their personalities are too similar for this to work.

Ok so this girl started to like me at work. Let’s call her Emiley. It was about a month ago but the weird part is she never really said anything to me but assumed I was flirting? When she asked me out I said I wasn’t flirting and sorry if I gave you that impression and kinda felt bad. She is well liked amongst coworkers and one of them in particular asked me if I was gay because I rejected her and I said no I’m just not interested in a relationship I’m too busy. I then started to like her and was being extra friendly and helpful and it got slammed right back into my face. She was being a cold distant bitch. There was a tray of food that was going to one of my tables she saw the receipt and walked away from it and I said wow really and she’s like it’s your table. I’ve bent over backwards for her and all I get is the run around. What I find weird is how she found my twitter username and tweets it constantly (and I’ve never once responded to it) she tweeted it her little plan for revenge on a coworker with the hashtag success in 4 words. I screenshotted it, printed it out, gave her name to HR and left. I blocked all of her social media accounts too. Yesterday she was messaging coworkers about having to go to HR today and I played dumb like I have no clue what’s going on. She told another coworker I snitched on her. She also got fired today for her social media posts and just her overall personality towards this place (she constantly bashes the place out loud and whines about having to come here and only likes it because of the coworkers). But now I’m getting backlash for sticking my nose into something that I shouldn’t have. Coworkers don’t like me now because she got fired and they are blaming me. I also keep getting prank calls from various numbers and a hate account on Twitter was made towards me. She was posting some seriously immature disturbing petty revenge and I honestly don’t like her she has bad mouthed me in the past too. I want her to stop harassing me.

This girl - one of my best friends, Addie got fired today. She has worked here for about 6 months. She is nice and funny to everybody and most of my coworkers liked her. For whatever reason my supervisor and floor manager started to not like her and I can’t figure out why. My general manager picks and chooses favorites and doesn’t like her. There is another girl that works here that bullies everyone and always shows up late and never gets in trouble. Addie has gotten written up 4 times. My GM and floor manager also wrote her up on Tuesday over not serving soup the right way to residents or just petty dumb shit. She also said stuff on social media about another coworker - Jake, who is well liked, ratted on her with printed proof and ( none of us were expecting him too because he usually stays out of drama). So Addie went to HR today and they told her that her whole personality and demeanor changed and her work ethic is going down the toilet and she’s not listening to anyone. Also the social media posts are unacceptable. Addie denied the social media accounts being hers saying that he’s mad because she turned down a date so this is his revenge (he blocked her on everything too) she also threw all 3 bosses under the bus in front of HR, and said that they tolerate the girl bullying her and won’t do anything to stop it (which is true) and the work environment is hostile and she was planning on quitting anyways so thanks for letting me get out of here sooner. She said she happily threw management under the bus, signed the papers, gave back her uniforms and was singing zipidoo da on the way out and flipped off the HR building. Everyone here is upset and confused as to why she got fired. Everyone liked her and is sad she isn’t here anymore and two people want to quit because it’s not the same. I am leaving at the end of the month so they will be super short staffed and I am currently the only full time employee left. I’m so upset.
