What do you think of a 18 year old guy hooking up with a 30 year old woman? She doesn't look her age at all she looks 20 years old and has a very nice body I can't help but just stare and start a conversation with her she has everything I look for in a woman and we flirt here and there but I haven't made an attempt to approach her also she doesn't have any kids but I just wanted to see what do you think of this type of relationship?

There is a woman who I work with that I find very attractive. She is 45, I am 30. We are both very fit and I find her downright sexy. I want to create some wild hot passion with her, but keep it purely physical in nature. I catch her staring at me and she just has a look about her when speak that makes me feel its possible, but I dnt want her to feel uncomfortable around me if she is not intersted. Advice please?

The reason I ask this is. Is due to a recent event to where I went to a friends pool party, and since my tattoo was done last winter, and not going to a lot of places where I take off my shirt. Not many people have actually seen it.
During the pool party. I of course took off my shirt, and noticed that I was getting a lot of looks. I'm tall, with dirty blonde, blue eyes, fit the description of a well kept man, teach Sunday School, a well paying job, and usually seen as a "nice guy" (In the good way. Not the overly nice clingy way.).
The tattoo takes up my entire back, but it's a beautiful design of an old circle rune transmutation circle. With a design that surrounds the four elements, and the Norse\Germanic rune text that speaks of old proverbs.
That being said, once I took off my shirt. I immediately had about 4 friends approach me. 3 female, and 1 male. Mentioning the idea that they were incredible surprised that I myself would have a tattoo, and especially one of such a large magnitude. Of course, they all seemed to like it, and spent some time admiring the detail. Though I wasn't expecting to hear what I heard next.
When the four of them left. One of the girls came back later on, and spoke of how extremely hot it was that a well kept guy had such a tattoo. As if I instantly was labeled as a bad boy, and her bad boy desires came out of the closet.
This caused me to tease her a bit about it, and told her that most women probably don't see it being such a big deal. After telling her that. She went to a group of her female peers, and they came back shortly after her departure. All of which reconfirmed her thought process of how sexy it was.

Of course this could have been just a collective thought from that group of girls, but do most girls follow the same line of thinking?

I'm a 22 year old Filipino dude born and raised in Miami. It's been hard throughout my life to even get a date although I'm making very slow progress. I've only been on 4 dates. It's a very materialistic city full of gorgeous Hispanic women that are a little out of my league and I tend to go for those girls lol. I prefer Hispanic women but I get nervous on what they might think about an interracial relationship even though I can pass as Hispanic looking. Women have many options here as well and tend to choose someone else over me. I'm decent looking and workout a lot. I've had some success but most of the time I fail and have to start again. Recently, I've showed clear interest in a couple girls and they all went on to choose a different man and it was very discouraging. It's mentally and sexually frustrating. My friends are all white. I like country, classic rock, football, basketball, drinking, smoking, and dive bars instead of clubs. I'm working with a min wage salary while I'm going to nursing school and honestly I DO want a relationship because I've never really been in a serious one. How should I change my approach? Any advice would be cool.
