Search Results: dont want to lose him as a friend

My friend told me about this site and said other guys have asked about baldness here. I searched bared it and seen a lot of hate towards some of the askers but realize this is the only question I intend to ask, the whole reason I made this account.

Anyway u lost my hair to PTE, long long story but at 19 when doctors confirmed it wasn't coming back I shaved the thin stuff that was left skinhead bald. Now I'm very slender as I run a lot and I'm very pale (my skin doesn't tan) however many say I do look surprisingly good bald as my face and eyes work well with it.

Anyway I try not to let it affect confidence but the only area I worry is women, I have high standards on a girls body and mind, I'm religious and only want one in the end but you always hear bald is as bad as far (which isn't true not even close) but you see where one would worry what an attractive girl with plenty of options would think if a guy with no hair approached them. Anyway any personal insights would help, if all your friends and you tend to find bald a deal breaker so young tell me, if you or others you know find bald isn't an issue and know attractive young women with bald guys great tell me. Or if bald is generally a deal breaker to most young women (18-24) than tell me.

dont worry you won't change my standards, I would never accept average looks or mind on a girl in this life, you may disagree but on this aspect I know it's best to have high standards. Be honest here, and thanks.

Me: nerdy, skinny guy, 20yo, med school, funny enough you'll like me but not interesting enough you'll miss me much. Mostly an average joe beyond that.
Her: smoking hot 23yo, med school, pretty outgoing, finds me funny, loves when I tease her, usually is over-the-top happy to see me in particular.

We met each other because of a common friend back in April. She always laughed at my jokes and she looked to me with that kind of positive expectation, a sort of wonder in her eyes.

We kept going with our lives. But everytime we meet she shows pretty much the same interest as the day we met and overall she's a really good person.

But there are underlying problems:

1-She used to date one of my pals roughly a year and a half ago. They went out for like, 4 dates or so, but they didn't commit, and Im not clear why. He's much more interesting than me in almost every way, and while they'd barely have to see each other and he's a pretty trustworthy "bros-before-hoes" guy, I worry that she might hit it off with him again.

2-I dont have a car. College is expensive as fuck. I can't afford it right now. I worry that she might lose interest altogether since A) society still expects men to drive their dates and B) I won't be able to spend as much money as I'd like with her. My friend she used to date doesn't have any of those problems, never did.

3-Maturity. Women at this age usually have a mentality that most men only reach years after them. I feel like if I make a move she might react badly because she might think of me as a "kid" of sorts.

4-More people than I wanted to already know Im into her (always mind who's on the hallway behind you), and they might ruin it.

It's pretty clear why it might not work, or where I might fuck it up along the way. This is seriously a girl I wanna hit it off with, and while I won't feel bad if things dont go as well as I want them to, I will feel bad if I end up not even making out with her, which to me is total failure.
