So my good friend and our mutual guy friend asked me to go camping this summer with them. My mutual friend is dating an ex of mine and I thought it be awkward since she still talks about me when she's tipsy "about how nice and sweet" I am. My good friends girl friend says I'm full of shit because I said in college id always be with beautiful woman, but thought it was sweet I would talk about them and say things like "gorgeous or amazing".

i didn't want to go camping alone so I contacted one of my old college crushes/friends with benefits (she didn't want to commit). She said she'd go camping with us and i drove to pick her up a few hours away.

my old college fb is a tall slender yet gorgeous Hispanic woman with long soft curls and although in her Late 20s she looks 19. We both speak Spanish also we met at a Mexican culture club in college and hit it off.

anyways throughly college other girls were threaten of her and would ostrecise her at parties. This was around the time that people started posting things on Facebook "don't make her jealous make other girls jealous of her". So I would put on slow romantic music and slow dance with her at parties and kiss her while most girls boy friends were too busy getting wasted.

so when we get to the camp ground I had already made a plan. Instead of beer I brought wine and had "our song" on my iPod to play later that night. Through out the day my guy friends were nice to her (she's gorgeous can't blame them) while their girl friends are distant and I can tell are being "nice" to her (like in college).

later at night we are sitting around the camp fire all drinking. They have beer and cheap liquor we have wine. I make sure to whisper in her ear in Spanish "I want to make them jealous of you" and by then I guess the alcohol had made us lose inhibitions and our song. Wonderful tonight by Eric Clapton came on. We slow danced and we spoke in Spanish I told her

So there's this girl I know that I got into contact with recently, we were talking back & forth for a bit planned to hangout - and we did, things happened and we end up being in the grey area between friendship and relationship.

She became very distant and cold while I was curious to explore what could be... It became too difficult because of a number of circumstances and we decided to just be friends (I was having health problems & she was going through changes with living situations and job stability... or at least that's what I thought) but I was still very interested in hanging out and going places because she is an interesting person I enjoy her company/perspective.

5 days after that conversation we had, she showed up at a hangout spot of mine (a store where I have a lot of friends that work there) with another guy on a day she said she was busy working - so essentially she blew me off for someone else. She came up to me and asked if I "come here often" which was flat-out insulting when I had talked about that place numerous times and she knew I went there a lot. She acted very awkward and was apprehensive to come up to talk to me and had this glazed over look in her eyes and had this vibe of shame & guilt as well spoke in odd tone.

Fast forward to now, I'm still pissed off about everything that happened and some of the things she said to me that I don't care to mention. Anyway I'm one of those people that look for the best in someone and I am willing to hear someone out (and she knows this about me) but yet she never bothered giving an explanation or even trying to contact me. We went from talking every other day to not speaking at all... I'm down to remain friends but the way she's behaving has me in "fuck this person" mode.

So should I let her know that she upset me and try to get an explanation?

Or is it a just giant waste of time considering the way she's behaving and I should let it go entirely?
