So I got a new full time job at a local hospital coorp my first full time Registered Nurse job (yay). While attending the orientation this week (Tuesday) this guy walks up to the table and was like can I join you and I'm like sure. So we started chatting and he is a new hire social worker. Throughout the day he was talking to me and making jokes with me, we went on a walk to get coffee together he was elbowing me. He made some " compliments" about me being super bright and bubbly and how I'm a badass 😂 and at the end of the day he said bye nice to meet you maybe I see you around. Said by to all my friends then said bye to me again. I saw his last name on his name badge and was able to find him on Facebook. It seems he's single based on this and he's new to my hometown. Just wondering if it's creepy If send a friend request on Facebook. I definitely felt like he may have been a bit flirty at times and I can't stop thinking what happens if we don't cross paths again.

A year ago this guy had a huge crush on me but I wasn't that into him. He was always awkward around me and trying to talk to me and I didn't give him a second thought then I started getting a crush on him to so I was nervous whenever I'd see him and we was already his awkward state. Anyway, I ended up moving and regret never talking to him or initiating anything. We have a ton of mutual friends on facebook. I haven't had a real conversation, just a few awkward few word exchanges. I want to add him and see where that takes us.

I've been talking to this guy that's in the same class as me, and so far we noticed that we have similar interests in music. We're also into playing the same type of music and are in the same band class this semester, but I just don' want all of our experiences and conversations together to only be about music. I'd like to branch out a bit and develop a mutual connection by just being friendly towards each other and really getting to know him. I'm just not sure what he might think of me currently. I've only been talking to him for a few weeks, as I got the courage to go up to him and start a conversation. We hit off pretty well and I noticed he actually asks questions and engages in the topic. Before I admit anything to the guy, I just want to make sure that there's a possibility he might feel the same way after we get to know each other more. What are some ways I could tell if he is developing a crush on me or if he just likes me as a friend? I also want to know how long would I guy wait to ask for a girl's phone number or Facebook/Instagram, etc?
