Search Results: at a table by myself

So I was inspire to ask this question after a graduation meeting I just attended at school. In it, they had multiple tables set up for each step of a very well organized confirmation session. They checked various things like if you were going to continue your education into graduate school, if you have all of your classes completed necessary to graduate, paperwork, and so on.

I started analyzing myself (as I do for hobby, it seems) and actually felt disappointed in myself that I clammed up and couldn't reply to questions comfortably, make/continue casual conversation, or laugh at small jokes.

So while I am actually a confident and relaxed person in some situations, I'm not like that overall which is what I'd like to be. So even though I can show confidence and a sense of being charming, it's really dependent on my mood and the situation itself.

For that reason and with me already knowing I'm an introvert, I would vote myself a socially incapable introvert.

How about you guys? Share stories if you like. I can try to think of some to provide as well. And yes, I've met plenty of socially incapable extroverts. Just because it is more their field of expertise doesn't mean they have good social skills by default. Shyness affects everyone, not just introverts ;)
