Meet this guy who works at my local coffee shop. where both late teens

Found out we had a few things in common so would talk about that with me.

Started remembering my order, giving me extra wi-fi passes when your only allowed one per order and free coffee pass which were only for a tall but then if he was serving he give me a venti for free using the pass.

Made a comment that I was a polite person on two different occasions.

Then about 6months ago he left I only found out because I heard a couple on the table next to me talking about him leaving

Why would he not tell me, as we seems to get on really well.

Then about 1month ago he came back.

We've spoke a few times, when he serves.

The past few times when I've been he hasn't served, so we haven't been able to talk.

So i get my drink and go and sit outside in the same spot every time and use my iPhone then every now and then I'll look up and he'll be staring/gazing at me. He does it for about 20-40 secs when he's making coffee, serving people, waiting for the cakes to heat up even when he was stood talking to a guy friend he still managed to stare.

Before he left he did the whole staring at me but nothing like this.

It's not a creepy type stare

Also where I sit is to the side of counter so he has turns to the side to see me. Also when he stares there is none else around so I know he staring at me.

Also I know he single and he seems really nice

I do like him

Also I know he's not into drink partying etc and would rather spend time at home with family, so don't think he's a player type guy.

Also he seems to act differenty around me to other girls/customers.

Also I'm not a very confident person and crap at the whole flirting thing, how do I show him I like him too without saying it.
