I think I'm kinda really sorta into one of my closest friends, and I think HE may have felt like this for a while so... here it is: when we met, we were 12 and he was already a man-whore (well, he pretended to be, we later found out he wasn't for 2 years). He always made jokes about me but I'm scared of being touched so he kinda backed off (not to mention I went through my awkward phase when we were already good friends). But then when I passed that phase, his jokes started becoming way more sexual because I'm still a virgin and he knows that kind of shit makes me blush, but I always laughed when HE would said shit. We grew apart but ended up going to the same school again. There, everyone thought we had a thing for each other because of the shit we said; we were like Castle and Beckett at that point. NOW, we haven't really seen each other in a year, and he's never been the first to talk to me since we graduated, but he used to come by at least once a week and we'd talk about anything and he even changed seats to sit next to me in class. But, idk, it always felt like we should've been better friends, like we should've hung out more. We even lived in the same house (duplex) and we have, like, no stories together; just conversations. But last year, he was, like, actually trying to be my friend for the first time and that with all the explicit comments kinda made me think he didn't want to get close to me because he didn't think I'd ever want anything to happen between us. I realize now the reason I always boast about him to people and I always wanted to be closer to him is that I always liked him, like, for his freaking beautiful soul xD and I know he wants me, that's not new, but I'm wondering if he actually LIKES me, and if waiting 7yrs blew it; I just didn't want anything meaningless to happen between us. Now I'm always the first to start a convo and he didn't tell me he and his gf broke up, so I'm thinking he wants to make me chase after him for once.So am I nuts?
