We used to go to lunch together every day. Something about you brought out the funny guy in me which normally doesn't happen. We would always laugh and have fun just being around each other. We lost touch and kind of went our own separate ways. I could never figure out why. I do remember one day you wanted to go to Shoppers after school and I said I couldn't go because of band practice. It seemed like you got mad about that. But I don't think you realized how much making music ment to me.

Our classmates probably told you I had a bit of a crush on you but you probably could sense that anyways and it never stopped you from being my friend before. I definitely knew you weren't attracted to me because I didn't take care of myself back then. And you were the kind of girl who really didn't even have to try. Guys would chase after you. It was such a long time ago, but it doesn't feel like that long ago to me.

I wonder sometimes where you are at in life these days. I bet you got married and had kids. A gorgeous blonde with a great personality like yourself wouldn't stay single for long. I had one girlfriend. Stayed a nice guy, and im still a nice guy in 2016. Only now im just a lonely nice guy who lost touch with all of his friends.
